In our upcoming SPARKS FLY creativity training retreat, Developing your Unique Creative Voice, instructor Hester Schofield will guide you through a series of playful exercises in a supportive environment. You’ll learn to access your creative side, to look at the world in a new, clearer, more observant way, and to get beyond the daily distractions we all face.
Hester is a writer, teacher and award-winning visual artist from Dorset in the U.K. She has a BA Hons and MFA in Fine Art, and an MA in Screenwriting and Research. Most recently, Hester has been a lecturer at Goldsmiths, UAL and UEL, and has been leading workshops in creative writing, visual art, and screenwriting.
While teaching MA Creative Writing students at Bournemouth University, Hester developed this method of combining visual art and writing exercises which resulted in her course, Developing Your Unique Creative Voice.
